Where does a file go when it is received via Xender?

Most new Xender users do not know where the file goes when it is received through Xender.

I found this question in one of my favorites questions and answers websites, and I feel I should address the issue here so others can benefit.

When I first started using Xender, I had the issue of locating the file after it has been successfully received.

You may have received the file successfully, but seem like you haven’t received it since you can locate the directory where the just received file is stored.

Xender creates a directory in your phone storage device to store files when received via Xender.

So on this page, I will take you to the directory in your phone that the files have been stored all these while.

You may need to check to be sure of the storage location set within your Xender app, so you don’t go searching for the files in a wrong directory.

You can decide either to store the received files in the phone memory (internal memory) or on your SD card.

Check here to be sure of the storage location that is set within your Xender app.

Now that you are sure of the storage location for the files received via Xender, let’s get to the path within the storage device and find our files.

Within the storage location, you can only choose either your SD card or your phone memory, you cannot choose the path where the file will be stored in the location.

A path for different file types will be created in the storage location.

A path for app, audio, image, video, and other folders.
